How to boot from USB drive in samsung laptop  USB boot option not found in SAMSUNG BIOS boot menuUSB Boot option is not available in Samsung Laptop Bios Boot menu. Then,how to boot from USB drive to install operating systems. Do the following steps: Restart the samsung laptop and press F10 key. Boot Menu screen will display with Boot options like SATA CD, SATA HDD and Network, but there is no option to boot from USB drive. So, press tab key to select the App Menu and click setup. Samsung BIOS Configuration screen will display, switch to Advanced tab and disable the option Fast BIOS mode. Since, FAST BIOS mode enabled means POST time is reduced. DISABLED means POST time is not reduced. Legacy USB is supported.

I did this, but I don't actually have a boot menu. Pressing F10 gives me: Edit Boot Options for Windows 7
Partition: 2
Hard Disk: 74aba7c9
[ /NOEXECUTE=OPTIN
And I can Enter=Submit (which starts windows) or Esc=Cancel (goes into boot manager, where I can boot Win7, or use memory diagnostic tool). :-(

Please help me, my laptop is not showing the setup menu, of course it showed before I saw this video but now I don't know where I pressed and it came up but now I have been pressing the F10 key and it's not showing anything, I seriously need your help ASAP

I know this is a late comment, but ive just found it and had a problem booting a USB on a Samsung, however after following a very simple trick, i got it to boot from USB. Just wish more videos are as clear and concise as this one. Thank you.

hi i have a problem with my samsung pc and when i try to boot it it doesn't want to , it show me the samsung logo and then it goes by it own self to the settings and i didn't even press f2 or f10 please help me asap

You mate I'd like some help, with my Samsung net book I've set up all the USB stuff and made it show up but when I press f10 boot menu won't appear. Please help I really need this laptop for work

My problem is that i have UsB HDD and USB FDD and uSB CD there ordered in cD HDD FDD and i tried to put on first place any of them but it did not work out so i basically cant install windows 10.

Thanks. On a Samsung np355v5c I had to enter setup with F2. After disabling fast bios the usb option still didn't appear, however on next reboot it successfully booted from USB anyway :-)

It doesn't show me anyhing it only gets me to startup repair, but startup repair says he can't fix the problems, it asks me to send info about the crash.

Then you have to enter BIOS [2] and disable Fast Bios Mode. I have also changed an option so I can boot not only UEFI operating systems.

Very quick and informative tutorial. I had to reinstall windows 7 so i could use the Catapult C tools for my FPGA project and this allowed me to do so
