I see some people wonder how to get to Windows 10 firewall. The easiest solution is to make a link to the Windows 10 firewall on your desktop or were ever you want. To make a link to Windows 10 or 8 firewall, use his text in the link:
%windir%\system32\WF.msc
And it will make a link directly to windows Firewall, no need anymore to follow any steps to get there.

If changing setting is not working, try checking in your BIOS if Intel virtualization technology is enabled. You will need this set of instructions since you are, essentially, running a virtual machine emulating a mobile device on your PC.

How ever this might not be the problem for some people, but with BlueStacks as I have the same problem tody and it worked just fine till yesterday and I have made no changes in my Firewall. So for me it must be something else.

Turning off the Avast virtualization setting working on my HP laptop running Windows 8.1. Funny how BS used to work fine for months then all of a sudden it stopped. Probably due to an Avast update. Thanks for posting this video.

Didn't work. Windows Firewall allows Bluestacks Service and unticked Avast -> Settings -> Troubleshooting -> Enable Hardware-assisted Virtalization
