Game description
Monopoly is a famous board game that allows players to go from a small property owner to the head of a large financial empire. The game first appeared in the United States, where November 19 is celebrated as the National Monopoly Day. Later the game gained popularity around the world and was released under the names "Manager", "Empire", "Businessman" and others. Monopoly rules The rules of the game are quite simple. Each player takes on the role of a budding entrepreneur who is trying to create real estate monopolies and make money from rentals. To do this, players roll dice and move clockwise around the game board, buying and trading real estate, building houses and hotels, and earning income from rental properties. When a player comes across an unoccupied property, they can purchase it, otherwise it will be auctioned off. The player can then improve their property by building houses and hotels, which allows them to increase their rent if other players visit. The main Objective of the Monopoly game is to bankrupt other players. Bankruptcy occurs when a player runs out of money or is unable to pay off the debt of their obligations. The last remaining player wins, who turns out to be the only broke millionaire who has captured the assets of the other players. Game Strategy One of the key strategies is to buy as many properties as possible, especially those that allow the creation of entire groups of the same color. This gives the owner the opportunity to build houses and hotels, increasing rents and generating more income. In addition, a monopoly on one color provides protection from the rents of other players as long as there is cash available to pay off obligations. However, being rich and having lots of real estate does not guarantee success. Successful dice rolls and the ability to settle conflicts with other players are also important for success.
