My Computer wont turn on Fix

Hi Buddy, All I wanted was removing an office 2016 download slowing my PC. I clicked on delete on the microsoft folder from the registry, I then quickly realised that I needed to only delete the office folder, I then quickly clicked cancelled . I could see all other folders, all of sudden I cant launch the explorer shortcut, I rebooted, windows load Fine and nothing happen just a black screen. I did F12 run the diagnostics, I get a green tick on everything (system, cables, OS boot path, Hard drive, CD room, Video card, process fan, motherboard,, system management, memory ). This is Dell Optiplex 780 small tower running windows 7.
Tried F8/safemode with command prompt still black screen. . Any suggestions?

:/ just built a custom pc a few weeks back, been running fine except for a bit of cpu throttle due to the ram frequency but for some reason it just booted onto some sort of weird loading wheel that kept going forever (3+ hrs) and then went to the cmd thingy on recovery options and backed up sys32 now pc wont boot atall. Onboard mobo lights say that cpu is undetected but it is getting power and correctly seated. Idk if I will need to get a fresh copy of win10 due to messing around with sys32 welp fml

Yesterday, I was playing League of Legends with my friend, and suddenly there was a weird sound that didn't stop until i restarted my computer. When I did, my keyboard and mouse lighted up but on my monitor i only saw the logo. But it was not turning on properly. I tried unplugging my power source and everything, but it doesn't want to turn on. This problem was happening to me before and when i installed my system again it worked for like 1 year. Now it dosn't work again.

I experienced this problem. We have it checked to a store and they said "your pc is very dirty. The power supply too. This might be the cause of your problem." But i said to them that "my little brother pressed the power switch repeatedly. Everyday. After those times, the pc wont turn on. He pressed it repeatedly without turning the ups on." So they checked it but i didnt remember whats the main cause.

My pc suddenly died today
Every accessories that are plugged in to my cpu still lighting up.
But my pc won't start if I press the power button.
I unplugged-replugged the main power cable, after that I tried to turn the pc on again. Aaaanndddd the lights glow for less than a second and then they turned off again.
So I checked everything... Seems fine but still my pc is not working
Help please?

Same problem here ,
I connected a new power supply and my motherboard is showing a green light, which means power supply is working and my motherboard too.
I connected all the wires in there place & turn it back on but it won't turn on. Also there is light (green) which is on but the fan of my Processor & cooling fan is not on. Monitor is also not turned on.
Help me please

i have a preatty big problem (i guess). it all started today, when it randomly shut down, i was like "ok, this shouldn't be such a big problem, let's press the power on button" i did it and the coolers and the blue small light (from the power button) started and stopped after 2-3 sec (the power on light should be on while the pc is on, not only when i am opening it). WTF is going on?

I have disconnected power supply again and checked it on other PC. It's working on other PC but not working on my 1st PC. The internal LED light turn on when I connect plug into electric board. But when I press the PC's power button then it doesn't get on and nothing happens. No front light of my tower PC gets on and any fan of PC don't move like CPU, PSU and exhaust fan

Yesterday I turned on my cpu...
It turned on... and suddenly I don't know why the cpu turned off quickly... I tried to turn it on again.. the cpu light blinks and turned off again..
now there is no power in cpu...
I checked every cable connected and my monitors speakers working well, is It a power supply failure? what Should I do now???

I just bought another power supply and switched it out with the old one. But my pc still wont power up. All cables are plugged in nicely and I don't see any burn marks on the motherboard. Though I did have some problems with the power button in the past, where I would need to press it harder, to actually start it. Could this be related to the problem?

I think it's the cause of the rain. I heard cpu's power supply is dead in rainy days really Mine happened today my CPU is not getting supply inside it I tested with a charging cable and connected to USB port in the CPU to a mobile phone before pressing the power button it's not charging ....so it's not getting supply damn help me sir,

Okay can someone help me out I was playing my computer and I turn on my fan (Not computer fan) The fan I was using was on medium and when I touch my computer it wasnt even that hot and wasnt making any overheating sound and completely shut down can someone help out (I had this before it was due to my cpu it was making weird sound but this time it wasnt)

My pc is brand new. 1 day old.. I just left it on for 1 hour and when i came back it was off.. And when i tried to turn it on again nothing happens.. The monitor light turns on.. The keyboard and mouse does not light up though.. There is no movement in the pc parts or fans.. What could be the problem guys please help.. Im freaking out..

hey can you help me with my problem on my computer? every time i wanna turn on the computer in the morning it wont turn on, but before noontime or the afternoon i can turn it ON. my first thing was todo is bought a AVR cause i was using the wall but still no luck......whats the problem of my computer help...

To anyone who has problem with pc not turning on, I recommend them to first clean fan and then power supply with dry cloth or something. I had same problem. I cleaned fan didn't worked, but when I cleaned power supply it started working. Be sure to remove all plugs and then do cleaning.

The problem with my pc is that when I turn the power button the screen turn black and it all way say power saveing on how do I fix it pls help me a man pc is like there life man like this if you agree I am sad now I have a laptop but it just does not feel the same as a pc you feel me guys

Could you pls help me becuz my problem is when i press the onn button it will turn on for 1 sec then it will start blinking a red light arouns the onn button then the fan opens as same as the red lights turn on tf i need help pls but i think i need more power supply to turn onn meh pc

Thank you for the video It gave me new things to check. We switched out the power supply but still will not turn on. The power button doesn't seem to press in all the way so it may be worn out. I will use your instructions to check and possibly switch the reset button. Thank you

My pc died 1 month ago. I was really sad that i lost the computer i bought with my own money i saved for 4 years and the pc was gaming. So i decided to fix it yesterday and i got it fixed. The fan is finally spinning but it only does for 1-2 seconds.

man I just brought a 800 gaming pc yesterday and today it's bot turning on...when i turn my extention cord on my pc starts up without pressing the power let and my led lights and fan starts but after 5second and my pc stops

Well same here issue with my pc it got shut down and never starts after that I tried every possible way but can't do it. My lights blinks inside my motherboard but fan doesn't seem to spins Idk why? Any one help?

What happened to me i was installing a new video card and i left a cord that was going into the power supply unplugged and tried to turned it on and i got a flash of power then shut off instantly

I have disconnected my computer's power supply to check my other computer. Then I connected again the power supply to 1st computer again but now the problem is that computer is not turning on

I have this problem computer is working but screen is black and i can hear windows sounds :/.First this happens 2 3 times and i manage to fix all the times but now i have it more than 10 days
